Science with Trish
on Tuesday we went to science. I learned about dentcity and weight. It was fun because there were some cups and inside the cups there was water and the water was all different colours the water was also mixed with sugar and the sugar made it heavier but instead of it mixing the colours it would sit on top of each other and it looked like a rainbow but the we did it backwards but the water went a little bit murky after the second one we also had some weights to put different types of materials in, to see which one is heavier and then when I went to go put something in the weight I accedentelly knocked over Kayleys cup and then she mixed the colours together so her cup turned into a dark green colour.

The science Road show
The Science Road show
yesterday our class went to the Science road show and we learnt about our five senses, our gut, our lungs, photo synthesis, carbon dioxide, liquid nitrogen and temperature. Jacob was blindfolded and he had to guess witch one he liked more using his senses. there were lots of different stations that we could go to. the most interesting part for me was a mirror where you had to trace your finger on the picture. I really liked the am I living show. I learned that the largest living organism is a fungi in America.

MTG
Our class took the bus to the MTG on Thursday and learned about Earthquakes. I enjoyed pretending to be in the Napier Earthquake. And we learned how to green-screen.
